What did I eat in New Orleans

New Orleans is famous for it's signature Cajun dishes and I was excited to finally try it on my recent trip there this spring. Thanks to recommendations from several friends, I was able to curate a concise restaurant list.

1. Food I wished I had but didn't: Lobster mac and cheese
2. Food I had but wished I didn't: Krystal Burger, I was nostalgic for this Southern chain, but it turns out I grew out of fast food after all
